Because Plaster Logic products are manufactured, packaged, and shipped in large, job-specific quantities, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.
Our products—including plaster finishes, Pool Wash™, and exposure materials—are heavy, freight-shipped materials intended for professional use. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to the size, weight, and handling requirements of these products.
